ABBOTSFORD - Four BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) paramedics will join Emergency Medical Services partners in the 9-1-1 Fashion Show, held during the 8th Annual West Coast Women's Show at the TRADEX in Abbotsford.
"It's for a great cause," said BCAS paramedic and fashion show model Ole Olsen. "We're looking forward to having a little fun with other emergency services personnel including Fire and Police."
This will be the first time that the BCAS paramedics will strut their stuff in the 9-1-1 fashion show, modelling clothes from Mountainview Harley Davidson, as well as their BCAS dress uniforms. Proceeds from the "Hall of Flame" calendar sales support the B.C. Professional Firefighters' Burn Fund, and the CKNW Orphans' Fund on behalf of the BCAS.
