Members of the BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) were recognized at the Justice Institute of BC (JIBC) Awards of Excellence ceremony, an event celebrating the contribution of alumni, associates, faculty and staff of the JIBC towards fulfilling the institute's mission of providing "innovative education and training for those who make communities safe." Honourees recognized this year include: BCAS Unit Chief Tim Jones (Alumnus of the Year Award), former BCAS paramedic Dan Cameron (Instructor of the Year Award) and Dr. Aldous, champion of the BCAS the Advanced Life Support Program (Friend / Associate of the JI).
