British Columbia officially recognized Paramedic Appreciation Week as July 1 to July 7 this year. Throughout the week, BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) paramedics opened their doors to members of their communities to help raise awareness about the role of the BCAS and the vital service they provide to the public. British Columbians welcomed the opportunity to meet with us and to publicly recognize the important work we do in communities throughout the province.
