BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) is an entity of the provincial government and, as such, is subject to government's purchasing policies, trade agreements and government-established supply arrangements. For the purchase of goods and services, BCAS adheres to policy and trade agreement thresholds when determining the required procurement approach.
