1) Navigate to a page that has an RSS Feed available
When an RSS Feed is available, Internet Explorer's RSS icon will be coloured, allowing you to click it. You can also click on an RSS icon located on the page.
2) Subscribe to the Feed
In most cases, you will see a simplistic page with a listing of articles in the feed, as well as an option at the top of the page to subscribe. Clicking the "subscribe to this feed" link will open a dialog allowing you to change the name of the feed and where it will be stored. Click the "Subscribe" button when you've completed your changes, if any.
3) View the Feed
You are now subscribed to the RSS feed! When new content is published to a website you are subscribed to, the RSS feed will be updated. You can view the feed any time by opening your Favourites sidebar and choosing the Feeds tab. Clicking on the links in the feed will take you to the article on the website.
